My work is grounded in Adlerian theory, focusing on the whole person and personal growth. I bring over 12 years of experience supporting individuals across life stages, with specialized training in trauma (EMDR) and mood disorders. I offer compassionate, personalized care through in-office or telehealth sessions. For couples, I use evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help build trust, connection, and lasting change.
