I bring over 12 years of experience supporting individuals across life stages, with specialized training in trauma (EMDR) and mood disorders. For couples, I use evidence-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help build trust, connection, and lasting change.
