I bring over 12 years of experience working with individuals across various life stages and mental health challenges. My background includes extensive work with trauma using EMDR, as well as supporting clients managing mood disorders.

I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care, whether you prefer the comfort of in-office sessions or the flexibility of telehealth. For couples, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Gottman Method Couples Therapy, developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), rooted in attachment theory by Dr. Sue Johnson. These proven methods help couples build trust, strengthen connection, and work through challenges together.
