Consulting, Counselling
Over the past 12 years, I have worked in both private practice and community settings, and 2022, I opened my practice. My therapeutic approach is grounded in science-based techniques such as EMDR, Adlerian Studies, and applied with compassion, skill, and insight gained through both education and lived experience. I focus on helping clients address core issues that those facing life’s most difficult challenges encounter.
I am deeply committed to serving the community and have a deep appreciation for its people and culture. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to individuals of all backgrounds, including those from diverse ethnicities, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs. Above all, I strive to create a space where every client feels respected, heard, and supported.
My Journey Begins
Tree of Life Counseling was born from my passion for holistic, patient-centered wellness. I recognized the need for a place where comprehensive care and compassion converge, and I am dedicated to providing that space for healing and growth.
