A Space to Show Up as You Are

Connection, support, and growth — without having to figure it all out alone.

Life can bring stress, relationship challenges, emotional struggles, major transitions, and times when it feels difficult to know what comes next. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone.

Tree of Life Counseling is offering a 12-week closed therapy group for men focused on connection, personal growth, and building practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. This group offers a confidential, supportive environment where men can connect with others who may be working through similar experiences — without judgment and without the pressure to have everything figured out.

What We’ll Work On

Real conversations. Practical tools. Meaningful growth.

This group is designed to create space for honest conversations, self-reflection, connection, and personal growth. Together, participants may explore topics such as stress and coping, relationships and communication, emotions, life transitions, personal goals, and the challenges that come with navigating everyday life.

Participants will have opportunities to build practical skills, gain new perspectives, learn from shared experiences, and develop greater awareness of themselves and their relationships.

You don’t need to arrive with a specific problem or have everything figured out. You simply need to be willing to show up, participate, and explore what growth can look like for you.
