I grew up in Wyoming and moved to Boise in my mid-20s, where I raised my family and built deep roots in the community. I began my academic journey at Boise State University pursuing a teaching degree, which later evolved into earning my master’s degree in 2013.
My professional experience includes supervising volunteers at a crisis hotline, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals during difficult moments. In 2015, I transitioned into group practice, where I continue to work with clients in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and seeking new adventures. My three dogs keep life active and bring a great deal of joy and balance to my days.
